Mon, 12 February 2007 Titles we spoil this week: 52, DETECTIVE COMICS, MIDNIGHTER, SCALPED, SHAZAM THE MONSTER SOCIETY OF EVIL, WELCOME TO TRANQUILITY, BULLET POINTS, DARK TOWER GUNSLINGER BORN, FANTASTIC FOUR THE END, FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD SPIDER-MAN, IRREDEEMABLE ANT-MAN, NEW AVENGERS, NEWUNIVERSAL, PUNISHER, SPIDER-MAN AND POWER PACK, SPIDER-MAN REIGN, UNCANNY X-MEN, TAG CURSED. What shall we do to Bruce’s table at the NY Comic Con? I’m voting for pants-less manning of said table. With pant-less men. Also, hawks are pretty vicious. And ever hear of this comic, Kingdom Come? Dr Sexy finally did. Oh, and Happy Birthday to me. The Aqua Teen Promotion Press Conference thing is here in all it’s irreverent glory. I absolutely love how the reporters get pissed that these guys aren’t taking it seriously. I have to say, this is probably the calmest we’ve been in a while. Probably because we didn’t have any comics of the high-caliber quality like Black Panther to get good and pissed about, but you can judge for yourself. Comments[0] |
Mon, 5 February 2007 Titles we spoil this week: 52, FABLES, INVINCIBLE, CIVIL WAR THE RETURN, CRIMINAL, DOCTOR STRANGE OATH, MOON KNIGHT, PUNISHER WAR JOURNAL, SILENT WAR, X-FACTOR, NINJA TALES, JACK OF FABLES, TEEN TITANS, WALKING DEAD, BLACK PANTHER, DAREDEVIL, ULTIMATE CIVIL WAR SPIDER-HAM CRISIS, WASTELAND, USAGI. Despite our missing a week, we still have a relatively short stack. We make up for it by being horrifically offensive about Black Panther. And by “we,� I mean “those guys.� I, of course, am NEVER offensive. Man, we do hate Black Panther, though. REALLY hate it. Don’t believe me? Give it a listen. Brutal, huh? HappyJack’s so damn loud with his shrieking at one point, I actually had to edit the sound levels. I know - editing the N3RDCast? Unheard of! We have to whine a bit because nobody commented on our awesome new theme song. Honestly people, where is our fanfare? Dr. Sexy’s locked himself in his room, crying hysterically. Now we’ll never get him out unless you send him love notes about how awesome his theme song is. Make sure you join us in our good wishes for Bruce’s wife! We’re going to the Midnight Madness sale at the local comic store. If you’re in the area, drop by. Should be a great time. Or at least a time full of great deals. I totally don’t know the Four Horsemen obviously, either. HappyJack was kinda right on that one. Just what we need, HappyJack being right. Oh, and I love the Dr. Sexy at EB Games story. That’s why it’s there. In case you were wondering. You probably have to see his face while he’s telling it to appreciate the humor, but, ah… Yeah. Trust me, it was funny.
